How to use NO Xplode 2

The first step to use it is, to assess your tolerance level. For that consume one 1 scoop of the product and mix it with 5-6 Oz of cold water and drink it. Go and work out within 30-45 minutes. One NO-Xplode 2.0 Review says for the best results it is recommended that you have it empty stomach; that means, 2 hours after a meal or one hour after having the protein shake.     i just finished my bottle of the old N.O Xplode and i loved it. I just resently bought the N.O. Xplode 2.0 and i have trouble breathing and stomach pain while im on the suppliment.

      Yea the first was better, hate to see BSN downgrade. It was great for the first 10 minutes, then the effects died off and i felt bloated and also had trouble breathing, it also gave me the sh*ts… bad. Ive recently switched to jack3d which is the better in my opinion.

      I experienced the same thing today. Just received my tub and having never used this before I didn’t know what to expect. I only took one scoop about 40mins before gym and I had the worst experience ever whilst there. Found myself running short of breath, sweating badly, and literally thought I was about to faint. It made by gym experience one I’ll never forget.

      Almost 12hrs later and I still feel the effects of it though they are diminishing. Now I just feel sickish.

      I’m prob just allergic to something in it but I did seriously believe I was gonna stop breathing. If it wasn’t for the fact I practice taiji and controlled breathing I have no doubt I would have.

        Something that just struck me there; I had eaten a meal an he before taking this! Would this cause such a reaction? Doesn’t seem like it would unless this supp reacts badly with food.

          There’s honestly too many ingredients in this product to know for sure, and that’s another reason why some of the other newer supplements are doing better in the marketplace.

        I had the same experience. Just got it in the mail a few days ago and decided to hold off a few days. Took it 35 minutes before I hit the gym and had some cereal before that. Took it in a coffee cup full of cold water and chugged it down. Fruit punch was nasty.

        Got to the gym and felt alright but as soon as I started doing squats I started to feel pretty out of breath and rather pukey. Also heart rate felt abnormally high, and felt my BP was higher than normal.

        Stuck it out and did an hour on legs but felt fatigued rather early on and the sick feeling would not go away.

        Finished my workout, took some BCAA and a protein shake then hit the hot tub. And while standing up to get out of the tub I got all lightheaded and nearly passed out. This never happened to me before.

        I had similar effects while I was taking 1500 mg of L-Carnitine pre workout.

    i have always been a big fan of BSN and no xplode but i must say it has always given me the sh*ts before i worked out…i actually thought that that was a sign it was kicking in but with this new 2.0 i feel like it works for the first 15 min or so then dies off.

      Dude, no product except psyllium husk fiber (or similar fiber products) should give you regular bowel movements on command! Try a pre-workout with no maltodextrin and no magnesium and see what happens. Plenty of them listed on this site.

    I have been taking it for two weeks and have no real problems. I do feel like I just cant get enough in the gym. Time is the only reason I leave. I will admit that it gives me the dumps. But every pre workout I have taken has done that, especially super pump 250 ( I called it super dump 250). I like this new BSN product. If you are having gas issues try doubling the water per scoop. The breathing issues are because your stomach is bloated against your diaphram which isnt allowing you to breath as deep. Hope this helps.

    Solid review, I’m going to the gym but not doing any weights yet, just the treadmill (for now) Would this product help me at all? I bought some Jack3d and I dunno if it’s the placebo effect, but when I take 2 scoops of it when I hit the treadmill I do better than when I jump on without taking anything.

    And to anyone who’s taken the Watermelon, I see about half the reviews “tastes great!” and the other half “I can barely stomach the taste!” I don’t expect it to take like an Arizona Watermelon drink, but how close would it be to something like that?

      It sounds like you’re in fat-burning mode if you’re only doing cardio. If that’s true, I’d stick with something that’s zero-carb (or low carb) like Jack3d, C4 Extreme, White Flood, or Novem. But if you’re ready to start putting on a bit more mass and are okay with the maltodextrin content, then NO-Xplode could be worth a shot. Otherwise I don’t see a reason to use NO Xplode for cardio only when there are much more “lightweight” products like those listed above.

      Taste is of course subjective. Some of us love the “artificial” tasting flavors, some don’t. Getting samples from the manufacturers is sometimes the best way to find out.

    Just ordered my first batch, is this supplement ok for women trying to lose body fat? I was taking Cellucor pre-work mix and LOVED it, just wanted to try something else. Feel stupid because the Cellucor had no creatine and I just notice this stuff does…help?

      A scoop won’t kill you, but we’re not the biggest fans of maltodextrin when trying to cut bodyfat. C4 Extreme, White Flood, Novem, or Jack3d would all be preferred for cutting in our humble opinions. Taking them on an empty stomach and working out first thing in the morning, and sipping on BCAAs (like Scivation Xtend) during your workout is the best way to kill that fat and maintain your tone. After that, some whey protein and a quality meal with natural carbs/fats/protein. This is just one of many philosophies though.

    You MUST take this 25-30 minutes before your workout. If you take it immediately before your workout, you will feel bloated and will want to throw up 5 minutes into your workout. Other than that, this product is great.

    I purchased it and, I use it when lifting and running it cool for me I see good result did make me have gas though. But overall I got a longer work out in Im in a toning phase at this point I also use it with a B.O Fat Burner.

    For the last month i have been using “GNC Beyond Raw: Ravage” which the flavor was god awful had to force my self to drink it down, said to used 30-60 minutes before workout even i could feel it within 10 minutes. it was effective but the “pump-up” and throughout the workout the effects were very aggressive and violent, and they should name it “Beyond Raw: Ravage your bowels”. First week of BSN N.O.-Explode 2.0 lemonade, great flavor, great energy and focus, better pump-ups than before and no interruptions in my workout to rush to the bathroom like before.

      My guess is that it’s a typical caffeine crash, or it’s just making him work out harder and he’s getting tired then because of the good workouts once he “comes down from the high”. When is he taking his pre workout, and when are his gym hours?

    I just bought this product n.o.xplode 2.0 im training tonite and will leave a review on how it works will wait 30minutes before i workout will start out with a full wieght workout nonstop with a 3minute pause and then i will know if this stuff really works.

    i have the grape flavour, and it quite possibly the worst thing i have ever tasted. it is beyond me how any body can drink this stuff and claim “great taste”. that aside it really works in the gym and definately find the levels of energy and pump better than jack3d. when i get home though usually on the toilet a good few times with pretty bad diarrea. how much does this effect hydration as the product contains creatine which is supposed to aid water retention. i am trying to keep drinking to replace water lost but i swear it is going straight through me.

      Sounds like the product isn’t for you. If you have diarrhea then you are probably losing far more water than the average person. Stop using it if this doesn’t stop after a few more times and give it to a buddy, and keep hitting the water hard.     I’m a lover of the Jack3d supplement, it has got me cut it the past. I took a grace period from it, it might have been that my routine wasnt enough or just from stopping of the supplement I lost alot of definition.

    Then I started up with just basic vitamins and BCAA’s just for fun. I noticed I put on some wait, as i was drinking a protien shake to get the BCAA’s,”not a good Idea, Too many fillers”.

    I’m now looking better defined, Which would be better recommended for strength? Jack3d or the new N.O 2.0 .

    My understanding Jack3d is to cut down, and N.O 2.0 is to look bulker. What will give me more mascular strength?

      That’s basically the way we see things here. 2 scoops of NO XPlode 2.0 has 14 carbs of maltodextrin. Not that much to make a huge difference, but when strictly cutting, we stay away from that. At the same time, if you’re bulking up hard, 14 carbs also isn’t a ton to make a huge effect either.

      So all in all, diet is more important for bulking… this is just a fraction of your macronutrients. But this is a good product to take to supplement that bulking regime.

      Jack3d is more of an energy supp that’s great for all kinds of athletes, whereas this qualifies as more of a weightlifting pump supplement.

    NO Explode 2.0 has worked fantastic for me. I take one scoop sometimes before school and the entire day I am so focused on what I am doing and confident. This stuff does wonders for me, but it seems like no one else gets the tunnel vision effect from it like I do.

    My husband takes this product because he wants to gain mass, which I’m okay with. As long as he’s safe about it don’t care what he does with his body…hes been taking it steadily for 4+ years but recently he’s been taking its twice a day. Once before he goes to the gym (again I’m cool with) and once at 0400 before he does his PT runs…that’s the one I’m afraid of. When he takes it and runs you can literally see his heart beating in his chest, he’s terribly out of breath for sometimes up to an hour after the run and loses ALL COLOR in his face…Its working great for him in the gym but it worries me when he run on it…my question is should I worry about him?

      Sounds like it’s time to see a doctor, but it’s probably time he took a month off of ALL stimulants – even coffee – and reset his adrenals. Rhodiola is a good thing to take when off stims (I’m off as we speak right now and like the Vitamin Shoppe version). Rhodiola is an apaptagen that helps reset your hormone levels back to normal during times of stress — cycling off of all stimulants is one such time. A month or two later, he can go back on, and if that doesn’t help… it’s probably doctor time again. In the meantime, he can go through our Best Pre Workout Supplement page and look through the stimulant-free section. Ultra Reps sounds like it’d be right up his alley.

    hi i have been taking this now for 3 days after taking one drink i get a wierd tingle sensation and when i rub my face it stings why is this??????????? should my body be tingleing??? is it coz im new to the product im a little worried about this but yeh i need to toilet 10 mins after taking one haha which is good coz it makes you feel more light and fresh for a workout

    Hi.. I jus got the N.O xpolde an from seeing some of the reviews i have a question which u probably been asked a 100 times..i weight train very hard but i also love hitting the treadmill after each workout,my question is is it possible for me to gain nice muscle mass an still get ripped using .N.O xplode?

      The entire “get ripped while building muscle” thing ALL depends on diet. It walks a fine line, and requires much tweaking, monitoring, and measuring (especially with a food scale!)

      The best diet we’ve seen upon these lines is Marc Lobliner’s system. He has an incredible book coming out that pretty much tells you EXACTLY what to do (and it works), but until that comes out, you can see a lot of his stuff at MachineMuscle.com.

    I have been using the original NO Xplode for a bit over a year and have had to switch to 2.0. I like the original MUCH better.

    2.0 pros
    -Watermelon tastes great
    -mixes better than original (finer powder, doesn’t clump)

    2.0 cons
    -makes my face itch (I have tried products that makes my face tingle, but this is an itch.)
    -the pump feels very shallow. On the original, I felt a deep body pump that made me feel like I could run through a wall. This just makes me jittery and twitchy.

    I will be using the original NO Xplode as long as I can find it on clearance at places. Then I will have to try a non-BSN product.

    I just received this product last week. Took it for the first time yesterday. I had a great work out and i used it with BSN protein. But i felt very odd after my workout. Like i couldn’t go to sleep even though i took it on an empty stomach and at 5 PM. I worked out for about 1.5 hours and felt great. Today my face felt like full or heavy, a feeling i have never had before. My sinus and ears feel pressure so maybe its just a allergy thing today but i couldn’t help but feel like crap all day. Any suggestions?

    Is it just me or does anyone else get a tingling sensation specifically on both hands and face even with one scoop, feels kind of like ant bites all over jus not painfully, more like when ur foot goes numb and the feeling is coming back ( hence the tingling) without it tickling,

    I’m considering this after trying out creatine and noticing it didn’t do miracles… And a friend of mine complained about some health issues connected to it… Also, with l-arginine one of my friends exerted himself too
    much. I hear it happens easily, if you don’t follow a very controlled routine. Now he got bulging veins on his arm — and not aesthetically very pleasant ones might I add. Seems he damaged some of his more superficial veins during a particularly enthusiastic work out. I suppose nitroxide does less of this, or at least that’s what I’ve heard?

    I’m expecting enhanced energy and heightened physical stamina. Not sure if this is the best option, but suppose I have to try. No one in my close circle has tried it.

    What I’m especially enthusiastic is that if it really reduces the stress creatine exerts on the body. I’m worried about long term health effects of all kinds of supplements that I use. I mean, these haven’t been studied for long enough. Say I’m skeptical, but I do sports to be more healthy and to live longer, so all supplements really have to support that goal. And about creatine I’m not totally sure. Maybe this works better.
