The recommended cycle for using this product is 8 weeks on then 4 weeks off. This means that you should not take this product for longer than 8 weeks in a row. After the 8 weeks you should then take a minimum of 4 weeks off. When first taking this product you should take one serving (which is 3 capsules) on an empty stomach about 60 – 90 minutes before you begin your workout. This is to establish tolerance of the product. Once you have established personal tolerance you can then up the dosing based on your body weight. Here are the details below:

You could try the 21 capsule deal. That will get you roughly 5 workouts (depending on your weight) and you will definitely like the pumps and decide if a bigger bottle is worth it.
I just finished using NO3, I totally recommend it. I work out 6 days a week, 4 in the gym and 2 martial arts. NO3 increased my strength, stamina and endurance. My work outs got more intense, lasted longer and the product helped me recover for the next days work.

Thanks for the comment George… we agree – they are not even CLOSE to toxic like Andro. You are comparing two completely different universes of supplements. This is far safer.
I switched from force factor to this and I get a great pump in the gym, but what do I do on off days do I not take it or do I still take it to keep the supplement in my system. That’s the only thing I was confused on other then that this product is great.
Many people have been asking this – we fielded the question here – basically, I don’t think you should use your supply on that – it doesn’t “stay in your system” for the long-term, it’s used as more of a performance enhancer in order to help you reach your goals via better workouts / increased strength.
For me personally, the two times I’d take it on off days are before sex, or before going out in public with a tigher shirt on (do a nice flexing/pushup/pullup session if it’s an off day). Hah!
