Dosage:
Take 3 capsules twice a day on
an empty stomach with 10 ounces of water for the first week or two to
establish a circulating load of nitric oxide. Thereafter the dosage is 3
capsules once a day on an empty stomach with 10 ounces of water. Do not
eat or take any other medication or supplement for one (1) hour before or one
(1) hour after. Do not take Anti-Inflammatory medications such as
Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Tylenol, etc. or Anti-Inflammatory supplements such
as GluChon MSM-CRx3, Supa GluChon MSM-CRx3, Glucosamine, or Chondroitin. It
may be taken in conjunction with JointRx3 joint supplement.
Contraindications and Drug Interactions:
Hypersensitivity to any
component of this supplement should be cautioned.
Carcinogenesis, Mutagenesis, Impairment of Fertility:
Studies of carcinogenesis,
mutagenicity, or impairment of fertility have not been performed.
Pregnancy
Category C:
Animal reproductive studies
have not been conducted with AmoRx3. It is also not known whether
AmoRx3 can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman.
Adverse
Reactions:
In double trials of AmoRx3
there was less than 5% incidence of burning with urination following the
first dose. This reaction has been found to disappear with subsequent dosages.
Overdose:
The amino acid concentration
in AmoRx3 is no greater than in a normal protein containing meal.
